Our products require an active subscription in order to fully function. Before using your unit you will need to activate your subscription. Activating your subscription is easy, and can be done at the time of your purchase,( WE WOULD DO THIS FOR YOU UNLESS YOU REQUEST US NOT TO or after you have received your unit.
Some of our products have serial numbers that can be activated based on the unit. This method of activation is for our products the iPhantom™, iBoss™ Standard, and iBoss™ Pro. You can activate these devices by entering the serial number through our activation process and entering in the billing information. You will be able to select a recurring billing cycle (monthly or yearly) .
We have subscription keys that are used for some of our newer products. This method of activation is for our products the iBoss™ Home, and iBoss™ Pro80. You can activate these devices by purchasing a subscription key, activating it, and registering it with your device.
