These free broadband deals require you to sign up to bundled package. You will also need to take an additional service such as phone, mobile or digital TV from the provider.
Free broadband explained
If it’s free then it has to be good right? As with all deals it pays to look at the details behind the headlines. No provider at the time of writing (July 2006) is giving away free broadband on its own. Instead you need to take a bundled package where your free broadband is added to another service. This means with TalkTalk you need to sign up to their Talk3 International phone plan, with Orange you need to take their mobile services and with Sky you need to take their digital TV services to get free broadband.
